This Privacy Policy explains how AuthorityLifts ("AuthorityLifts", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when a merchant installs and uses the AuthorityLifts app (the "App") on the Shopify platform. By installing the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

When you install and use AuthorityLifts, we may collect:

• Store and account information — your shop domain, store name, plan, and the contact details Shopify provides for your account.
• Product data — product titles, descriptions, categories, and related metadata, used to generate relevant topic ideas and blog content.
• Blog and content data — blogs, articles, and drafts created, edited, or published through the App.
• Usage data — feature usage, AI credit and topic refresh consumption, and general app interaction data used to operate and improve the App.

AuthorityLifts does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information about your store's customers. Any customer search-behavior insights used to build content plans are derived from aggregated, non-identifying signals — not individual customer profiles.

• To generate topic ideas and draft blog content tailored to your store.
• To add on-page SEO, internal links, and FAQ schema to generated posts.
• To publish, update, or remove content in your connected Shopify blog at your request.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App, including tracking AI credit and topic-refresh usage against your plan.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send service-related communications, such as billing or product updates.

AuthorityLifts requests access to Shopify API scopes required to read your product catalog and to read and write blogs and articles on your behalf. We only request the access needed to provide the App's features, and we do not access order, payment, or checkout data.

Topic ideas and article drafts are generated using third-party AI content generation providers. Store and product information necessary to generate relevant content is shared with these providers solely to produce your requested content, and is not used by AuthorityLifts to train models on your behalf beyond what is required to deliver the App's features.

We do not sell your information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure or power AI content generation, under confidentiality obligations.
• Shopify, as required for the App to function on the Shopify platform.
• Authorities, where required to comply with the law or protect our legal rights.

We retain store data for as long as the App remains installed on your store, and for a limited period afterward to allow reinstallation or as required for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, or by uninstalling the App, which triggers deletion in line with Shopify's data protection requirements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
